• 1 cebola picada
• 2 latas de atum em azeite, escorrido
• Sumo de limão
• Sal
• Pimenta
• 5 claras batidas em castelo
Fazer um refogado com a cebola e o azeite e juntar o atum (previamente escorrido).
Com o lume brando juntar o bechamel.
Retirar do lume e temperar com o sal, a pimenta, a noz moscada e o sumo de limão.
Colocar tudo numa forma untada com margarina e, levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC, 30 a 35 min.
